Yeovil Junction railway station is the busier of Yeovil’s two railway stations, although it is not as conveniently located as Yeovil Pen Mill railway station.
Most railway services stopping at Yeovil Junction are South Western Railway trains stopping here en route between London Waterloo and Exeter St David’s running via Basingstoke on the West of England line with trains running at least once per hour in each direction. There are also some limited services to London Waterloo via Westbury on the Heart of England line.

The station has a relatively rural location and there is not much of interest nearby other than the Yeovil Railway Centre, a railway-themed museum, which is located immediately south of the station.
Bus route 68 runs between the railway station and the town centre, alternatively, you can walk into the town centre in around half an hour.
