Charlies Corner is the hotel’s bar and restaurant. It is a relatively casual dining environment with outdoor seating and the hotel’s location ensures that there are plenty of other places nearby to eat and drink.

The hotel is on Millennium Square, right across from We the Curious with Arnolfini, Bristol Aquarium and Bristol Cathedral less than a five-minute walk from the hotel. M Shed and the Matthew of Bristol are both under a 10-minute walk and the SS Great Britain is an 18-minute walk away (or a seven-minute walk if you take the cross-harbour ferry).

The ibis Bristol Centre is around a 20-minute walk from the hotel to Temple Meads railway station and the city’s two coach stations are a similar walking distance from the hotel. Some people take the ferry between the railway station and Millennium Square, which is a lovely way to travel to your hotel (even though it is often quicker to walk).
