Leonardo Hotel Leeds

It is a modern 10-storey hotel with 248 guest rooms. All rooms have comfortable beds, a flatscreen television, a work desk, tea and coffee making facilities and an en suite bathroom. Executive rooms have a larger bed plus a fridge, coffee machine and nicer toiletries. Some of the rooms are wheelchair accessible.

There is a bar/restaurant in the hotel lobby. The hotel also has its own branch of Costa Coffee but if you have higher standards you’re much better off making the two-minute walk across the river to Kapow! Coffee on The Calls.

All guests have access to the hotel’s on-site fitness centre.

Like other Leonardo hotels, the decor is somewhat bland but it offers a relatively high standard of accommodation that appeals to business travellers.

Free Wi-Fi wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel.

The hotel is located in the Brewery Wharf area, which is a pleasant neighbourhood characterised by modern residential and office developments alongside restored Victorian-era warehouses.

Despite being located south of the river, there is plenty of interest within a short walking distance from the hotel. From here it is only a 5–10-minute walk to the heart of Leeds city centre and it is only a two-minute walk the River Aire and The Calls.

The Tetley is only a four-minute walk from here and it is an eight-minute walk to the Royal Armouries Museum and the city’s main shopping area (including Briggate, the Corn Exchange, Leeds Kirkgate Market, Leeds Trinity and the Victoria Quarter) are all less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

From here it is a six-minute walk to Leeds City bus and coach station and the railway station is a nine-minute walk away.
